- The Uglies they met in this chapter are similar to Tally at the beginning of the book. When you compare her to these Uglies, how has Tally changed and what has made her change?
Tally has become WAY,WAY, WAY more mature. She has grown up a ton! I think having David around Tally, has made her more intelligent and older.
